The stress of law school began weighing on my time with God, and I knew I needed to be in relationship with other Christians. I needed to be joined to a spiritual family so that I could grow. I started attending GCC and renewed my relationship with God. I got connected to a LifeChangers where every week I am encouraged and challenged to become a better disciple of Christ.

Raised in the tradition of church, I never truly understood what it meant to be in relationship with Christ and his people. Grace Covenant Church has changed my life in so many ways.

I’ve attended Grace Cov off and on for about 5 years now and finally joined the church earlier this year. There was something about the people at this church and the leadership that always kept me coming back; nothing compared.

Finding Grace Covenant was a blessing from God. Every week, I look forward to seeing my family and finding out how they have been doing. I am constantly encouraged and motivated to grow in my understanding of God.

I love Grace Covenant because of the emphasis on relationships. I Love to be around a strong group of people genuinely concered about the development of each Individual they come in contact with.

This church was a huge part of my tenure at Howard University. It taught me the importance of being confident and proud of my faith and emphasized changing the campus by sharing the message of Christ. It helped me become the woman I am today.

When I first came to DC for college, I was really worried about being away from home. However, I am extremely glad that God led me to Grace Covenant. The church is like a close family and has become my home away from home.

My first semester at Georgetown I had few Christian friends at school. When I began attending Grace Covenant during my second semester, I made new friends who share the same values as I do and adults who became my Christian role models for real life.
